I really have no complaints with the inspection itself or the report.
The condition of me hiring him was that I needed the report later that day or early the next morning because the orientation/walkthrough was at 2 pm. He informed me that later that day was going to be hard, but early the next morning would be ok. The report did not get emailed until 230 pm, at which time my realtor printed it and drove over while I was doing the walkthrough. The builder's agent never had her calls returned by him.
So, if you're not in a time crunch, I would say to go with this inspector. Otherwise, I would look elsewhere

Mike spent a long time with us that day. Our inspection was very thorough and involved many different areas of the home. The office personnel were very informative and helpful.
