She was very good. She was very thorough. We were very particular about what we wanted. She found this house when she was showing us some land and she told us about it and it was exactly what we wanted. It had been on the market previously and she went to their door and asked about it. She definitely went above and beyond. We paid $260,000 for the house. I referred her to a friend that bought a home and also a friend who wanted to sell their home. She is very good at what she does. We actually bought the home for $60,000 less than they were asking. She pointed out a lot of things that needed to be fixed, such as the roof and heating and air. The house was built in 1984 and had wallpaper all over it. She negotiated with them quite a while to get to the price that we paid. We have 10 acres. She made several trips to my wife's office to get papers signed.
