One of the most rewarding decisions i have ever made was contacting Smith Irrigation. I had 4 different irrigation companies try to repair the problem but it never worked correctly. Mr Smith showed up on time and within the hour had the problem resolved. System now works great Thank You Carlo!

Very well. Carlo Smith and 3 assistants were right on schedule, worked non-stop and completed the job in 2 full days. There were a couple of small issues with my fence and hose after they left, but Mr. Smith responded immediately and took care of the issues in a timely manner.

Great job and very easy to work with. Entire system was in and running in just a couple of days.

This is the 3rd home where we've had new irrigation installed. I inquired with about 1/2 dozen local irrigation companies, and ultimately hired Carlo - who came across as personable, knowledgeable, and professional. From the initial consultation, to the welcome email outlining everything that could be expected along the way, to the actual completed installation, Smith Irrigation did an excellent job. The best service any company can offer is delivering exactly what was promised upfront. Carlo did just that. And while we've only had the system operational for about a week, I've run it a number of times, and I'm very pleased with their work so far. Recommended.

They came when they said they would and immediately repaired, replaced and added on to existing irrigation. Assisted with issues on the programming of the irrigation run times.

Hired Carlos to install irrigation and 3 hose bibs to pasture. He guaranteed work for 1 year. Completed Sept 2015. Had leak within 2 months. Took multiple calls/emails to respond. Claims he was at the beach and would get out asap. Few weeks later he showed up and after examining irrigation said there was no leak. I pursued it because my water bill was high, he looked again and discovered 2 main pipes were not even glued so they separated causing the leak. Fixed it. Supposedly. Few months later, hose bib stopped working. Again, several calls and finally he showed up. Said these hose bibs never break. Mine did. Also claims the warranty in over and I would have to pay to have bib dug out and replaced. Fast forward, I still have a leak in irrigation, and ALL 3 hose bibs failed. He does not respond. Cheapest hose bibs on market, probably from home depot which cost $35 but I was charged $500 thinking they were from a professional installer. If I performed my professional work like Smith Irrigation I would be fired. Extremely disappointed and disgusted. I did my homework, got references from Smith, and made calls (probably from family members) to review his work. Had 4 bids on project and Smith Irrigation was not the low bid. I'm writing this review because I am not related to Smith Irrigation as I bet most review are.

Overall it went great. We had several consultations before the work started and Carlos personally walked the property with me to set flags (and reset flags after my wife and I made some changes). Carlos let me choose where to put the big lawn boxes needed to handle that many zones and moved them around to accommodate our preferences. When it came time to install the system, his workers did an efficient job -- it only took them about a week to get the initial install done and they carted away most of the lawn debris (extra dirt). The cleanup wasn't perfect but it was pretty good. After the installation was complete, Carlos personally walked me around the property and showed me how to safely adjust all of the different types of heads. We had a misunderstanding during the consultation phase regarding the types of sprinkler heads to use in certain areas but Carlos made good on his promise to "make it right" and in the end, we got exactly what we asked for. Carlos is polite, pleasant to deal with, and a man of his word. I would not hesitate to work with him again in the future and highly recommend his company. If you are looking for an irritgation system at a great price with solid customer service, this is the company for you.

He showed when he said he would and got straight to work. We had some sprinklers under the deck...we didn't know they were there when we extended the deck...so we had him cap those off. He replaced several broken sprinklers in the yard, adjusted several heads so they would spray properly, and then he set the timing unit so it would come on when it was supposed to. Very professional, really nice. We will be using him for all our irrigation needs from here on out!

Carlos performed a maintenance check on our system. Carlos came on date promised and was very prompt. We had Carlos install our system as we were pleased with the job he did on our system at a previous owned home..  We would recommend Carlos he does a great job.

I had issues with this provider early this year.  I don't know if he was having girl problems or what.  Had a helper with him, who didn't know how to edge.  Didn't show up on several occasions due to rain, but never came within a few days after.  Just waited till the next scheduled mow.  Was using days he should have been working to play golf.  That is what irritated me the most.  He did a great job when he would show up.

Smith Irrigation do maintenance checks every year to see if everything is working properly and if there are any adjustments to be made.  They do not charge me anything for the maintenance service.

Carlo responded same day as my original call. The fix was completed in 15 minutes. Job well done. Unfortunately I did not clarify the cost prior to the work being done. The service call and labor/material charge was higher then expected. This should be clarified up front. Rating would have been an A except for the cost misunderstanding. I would definitely use Smith Irrigation again.

They had a real good service and they showed up as they were scheduled to. They were very respectful gentlemen. After burying the pipes he landscaped it to where you could hardly tell it was done. We have not had any problems with any of the work and he had been out a couple of times to readjust the heads for me.

We had paid attention to the job Carlos Smith did for our neighbors and immediately put our name on his list. We had to wait four weeks before he got to us. That should explain what kind of job he does. He even offered to give us references to call just to be sure. The new sprinkler system works perfectly. They did a wonderful job.
