I am not legally at liberty to go into details at this point, but I would never ever under any circumstances use this company, nor would I recommend them to my worst enemies much less friends.

They were very good and their prices seemed reasonable. They only ordered all of my equipment. I had another company that came in and installed it all. I went there, they ordered everything and got what I needed. They helped me get everything I needed for the plumbing people to come and do. I probably could have gone to a large home improvement store and gotten it cheaper, but they were a one-stop service and they knew what they were talking about. The equipment came in when they told me.

Started off well. They missed the start date due to a emergency job but called right away to let me know. It was a multiple day job and the after day 2 day they were not as good about informing me on delays. They did do a good job and there has been no mold issues since then. They were one the most expensive quotes but they seemed like a more professional outfit versus the smaller companies that also quoted. My only issue with the price was there was close to $1,000 in cost for  multiple pieces of equipment. (i.e charge for multiple blowers and there was only one.  )

Servpro of North East Greenville did a fantastic job. The relieved the stress and helped with the claims process. They took the time to explain what had to be done an why things were being done. The over all job took three weeks  due to the large amount of damages. They stayed on task  with the project and communicated to us through out the whole process. We were very impressed that they treated us not just as a client but as if we were a family member.
