James arrived on time, was very professional. I had also scheduled a sofa cleaning but James checked the label and found that the solvents could not be used. I was grateful that he checked first. I only had a few stains but they all came out. The carpet looks great. Would definitely use them again.

They did a wonderful job on cleaning my rugs. I had them come out a second time to do some housework. They were not prepared to do the job. They should have brought a 15 foot ladder and they did not. They told me a price. When they came out, they told me they were going to charge me by the hour. It took them one hour to clean one blind. I told them to just do that one and forget the rest.
