I have been in my home for four years. I told them about things that needed to be fixed, and they never repaired them. I knew they were going to come and fix things and not fix them right. I have reported them to the BBB. My experience with them has been a nightmare. They fixed the issue I was having with my HVAC unit in the new houses they were building but refused to fix it in mine.

We chose this company based on the model for the home that we had seen at their office. We had been involved with the home building project from the get go, in total it took four months to complete. Overall, I'm not overly sure I'd recommend this company to a family member or a friend. My satisfaction with the customer service was largely dependent upon, who was the project manager at the particular time. The first project manager was courteous and easy to address any questions or concerns. However, during the job, he was promoted and the second guy was not easy to deal with in such matters.

I would tell everyone to never ever buy a home from Ryan Homes. Their lack of integrity gone up to the highest levels of their management I'm afraid. We have had land erosion problems so bad that our children cannot play in our own backyard. There were several others in our neighborhood who have had either the same exact problems with Ryan or very similar.

This company did a good job and all I did was move in. They handled everything and gave me one price. I couldn t tell you that price because I felt that was private but it was worth it. They built all of the houses in this area and everybody seemed to be happy. I knew I was.

I had the best experience with Ryan Homes. I have worked with other builders in the past and Ryan by far was the best! They met all the deadlines along construction and attended to any request that myself or my husband had. The quality of the products that were used for this project were far beyond the price range of services rendered.

The house was completed on time and I didn't have any problems with my house, after they built it. They cleaned up after themselves pretty well. The only thing that I didn't like about them, was that they never put in the gutter pipe, that they were supposed to. I asked them many times and they still didn't end up doing it, I was pleased with the work for the most part.

We looked around thoroughly and spoke with many people in the area before deciding on Ryan. The decision turned out to be a good one. Their designs are unique and attractive and the house was built very solidly. There were no major problems during or after it was finished. This was a very positive experience for us.

I found the company to be fairly good at responding quickly to any questions we might have had or problems that arose. They were fast homebuilders; I was pleased with the length of time it took to finish the job. They were both punctual and cleaned up after themselves. I recommended them to my sister whose using them now. The quote they made was under charging, but they bore any cost over runs resulting from miscalculation, they stuck to their initial quote. I really liked that if styles would change, like say with that of the cupboards, we could select the latest cupboards at no extra cost. We haven't had any problems with the home requiring them to come out to make corrections. We went with this company because what they offered for the base price estimate included what other builders would have charged for any extras.
