Our upstairs shower was leaking and causing a hole in our downstairs ceiling! Called this man since he had been part of our Kitchen remodel, and was trustworthy. He came the next day, sawed the ceiling dry wall, made the repair, and was done. He couldn't offer help to fix the ceiling hole though, so that was an added expense. The ceiling proceeded to leak further, so we called him back. He came the next day, did a similar repair, and it is fine now. He did not charge us for coming back.
