Didn't tell me up front about the changes to the current FOB it would make until I showed up to pick it up. Remote keyFOB now doesn't work if autostart has been utilized. Now we have to unlock the car with the key. Really annoying, seeing as how I specifically asked that question beforehand.

Needed replacement CD player for OEM unit. Showed me several new models as well as a refurbished unit. Went with the refurbished unit. Very thorough making sure they had all the right parts in stock before starting work. Came back 2 days later for install which was completed ahead of schedule. Salesman showed me how to use all the features and configured the Bluetooth to work with my smartphone. Install was clean and professional. Very happy with whole experience.

The van was brought to Rogers the night before the installation date. Steve told me he would call the next day when the van was ready. Steve called. All three rows of seats and head rests looked great and fit perfectly. The workmanship was outstanding.
