Mr. Wardlaw was hired to paint the interior of our new build home. He ruined our carpet, multiple pieces of furniture, and fixtures. They spilled paint on multiple areas of our carpet and concealed it with furniture. The paint job was unacceptable. There are drips, primer showing through and a lot of “picture framing”. There’s a limit on the amount of pictures I’m able to post. BEWARE!!

Randy and crew did an excellent job. They were always on time (if not early), cleaned up after themselves, and were very friendly to our dog, who likes to supervise. They made sure we were happy throughout the whole process and I'll highly recommend them to anybody who asks. As I said in my Google review, Randy's quote wasn't the cheapest, but who wants a cheap paint job anyway? Randy builds service and value into his price that most other large companies couldn't compete with. He pressure washed the whole house prior to painting, along with things and places I'd never think to clean! He even cleaned our mailbox at the end of the walkway!

The work was good. The workers were fine. They are also pretty prompt. I would tell a friend that they were dependable and do great work.

Randy and crew pressure washed on Saturday 3-1-14 then painted and stained on Wednesday 3-5-14.
Randy and his crew are remarkable workers; they arrive on time and do not stop until the job is finished.Randy is the owner but still participates in the actual work. Everybody knows their job and just works!
Before Randy and his crew left on Wednesday, Randy suggested we walk around the house to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. It all looked good to me but Randy found a spot he wanted and quot;touched upand quot;.

Randy and his team did an excellent job. Arrived on time each day as agreed, left the home and yard neat and clean at the end of the day. Randy made suggestions on paint color and reprinted a wall when we decided we didn't like the color we had selected. The team was considerate and friendly and worked around our schedule since we work from a home office. There were a few spots that needed touch up, which were addressed happily. I highly recommend Randy and his team.

Sent a crew a day or two before painting to remove storm windows and pressure wash. Mr. Wardlaw supervised the crew and made sure everything was done correctly.

He did work for us several years ago and he did the work for several of our friends. We had to have our house repainted a year ago. He was terrible and bad. He did not do a good job. He was difficult to get back. We are not the only one. He worked for someone in the neighborhood. He disappeared for a few years and he then came back when he got a few jobs. There are a lot of new people in the neighborhood that don't know. The place he painted, it started peeling off. He was certainly not the lowest. It looked good, but the paint did not stay. He came on time when he was working here.

Overall, we were satisfied with Randy Wardlaw Painting. His pricing is very good and the quality is very good. He arrives with a big team and completes the job quickly. We struggled with rain during the time they were trying to paint, and this created some issues. In the end, Mr. Wardlaw ensured that the job was done to our satisfaction. He will address any issues that you point out before he completes the job.

Mr. Wardlaw returned our call in a timely manner when called asking for an estimate. He kept in touch with us by phone and answered any questions on site that we had about the job. He and his crew showed up on time and worked quickly and were always very pleasant. They were extremely helpful and got all of the work done very fast. We had some mold on the house, so we needed it pressure washed, and some of the wood was rotting around the gutters. In addition to the house, he pressure washed the driveway, the pathways, and a large concrete patio in the back. He replaced and painted all of the wood where needed. He painted the front porch and made repairs, and stained the back deck. Two of my neighbors have currently booked Mr. Wardlaw since we have used him. I would definitely use him again.

This company is great if you want the job completed quickly. A large crew shows up and the house is finished in a day or less. As a result, quality suffers to some extent and something usually ends up broken since they move so fast.

The owner of this company was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. He made promises to us that he was not going to keep. He said he would power wash our driveway and then he realized that it was longer than he expected, so he did not want to do it. I challenged him on it, so they did it anyway. I actually questioned him on the painting job, and asked if they were going to do two coats of paint. He was so rude and actually told me that I was not the painter so I should not try to tell them how to do their job. I can say that at least they showed up on time when they were supposed to every day, and the project was finished by the time they said it would be done. They were so polite when my husband was around, but when he was not there they treated me very bad. We would never use this company again. I don't recall the final price because my husband ended up finishing with them. I did not want them at our home any longer.

He is courteous and he charged me a reasonable price for the work. He has a very experienced painting crew working for him and the trim around the window, doors, and everywhere else was well done. They pressure washed the house and cleaned the windows before painting it. They got the painting job done in one day and I am quite happy with that.

His company very prompt at provided the service for us. They did a wonderful job. The house looks really great. The color is just the shade we wanted. The workers were friendly and they did a quality job. It was a good price too. I would recommend them to others.
