+ -1 moreMy Downstairs gas pack Goodman furnace and AC has been kind of a hot mess over the years. Brandon has been extremely helpful in getting parts covered under warranty. And also providing options at every turn. He is super honest if it is worth fixing or better to replace and is happy to provide cost either way. He really goes the extra mile to help with HVAC problems and not just sell stuff and maximize his profit. Shoot he has even walked me though some simple fixes over the phone free of charge. Brandon at Raindrop really treats you like a friend, not just a customer.
Description of Work: Replace heat exchanger on Goodman gas pack furnace. and do maintenance on the upstairs heat pump.
