Justin from Quality did an excellent job. He was very courteous, arrived on time, and took great care to make sure everything came out just right. I was impressed by his thoroughness and methodical approach to the work.

We asked friends for referrals, & Quality Electrical was given a super review from a 'perfectionist' friend. Shane & Gabe were quick to respond to our call. They realized the urgency of our situation and were very thorough in looking at all aspects of the changes required. They looked at a number of options, discussed the pros and cons of each with us, and made solid recommendations. We were very confident in their knowledge and expertise, they had a great team of employees - not subcontractors, and they were persistent in handling all the issues Duke kept coming up with! Because of their great reputation and high regard, they were able to get the best options & prices, not what Duke wanted to get by with! Our project included everything from placing a new pole on the opposite side of our property, running underground service & rewiring our entire home from an outdated fuse box to a breaker box with increased service capacity. They grounded our home, which had never been done correctly. They grounded all necessary outlets and placed new wiring & outlets where we wanted improvements. Their crew worked cleanly and neatly, and were very professional & friendly! One of the best reasons for hiring Quality Electrical; they did High Quality for a reasonable price. We would definitely recommend Shane at Quality Electrical.

Great! They are after the day the cleaning issue that we had. They were courteous, polite, on time, and handled everything. We worked with the contractors and I became the third party in the whole thing. We had a flied issue, came right out, and fixed it. It was not even an issue at all. They came out that same day and that was good.

The work went very well. I chose to go with the 24 hr. astronomic time clock which drove the cost up some. The first timer on the clock was defective, so they came out and replaced it. I did have an issue with them not filling in some trenches they dug and not "dressing the disturbed ground (i.e. raking it). They did however, come back an address this issue.

This was the second time I used them. the first was a installing some outlets and running cable jacks in my game room.

Quality workmanship and excellent service by Gabe and Chat. Everything works perfectly, and all the wires are either not exposed, or are neatly wrapped.
