I came to Ginger after having a bad experience with a different real estate company. The last company acted as if they didn't have time for my questions. They didn't return calls. They didn't follow-up on things. Ginger has been absolutely punctual and precise in every detail of the comps, contract and disclosures. I feel like I can trust her. And that's saying a lot.
Description of Work: I'm currently working with Ginger Sherman on purchasing a house. She has been exceptionally warm, professional, kind and motivated during contract negotiations. I appreciate how she explains the fine print to me and guides me in this process.
