Priority One Security is an excellent company to monitor our home alarm system. Their motion detectors are pet friendly so our dog doesn't set the alarm off. They also monitor for all the usual things such as fire, carbon monoxide, and theft. They are also linked to our local fire police and ambulance departments.

We had Priority One come out once to explain the system to us better, but they didn't charge for that. Otherwise we haven't had any false alarms, and feel secure knowing that they're monitoring it well.

I was impressed with the extra mile that the one service man took on a recent visit from Priority One. The cable people were out and had actually cut some wiring to my alarm system. Well to make a long story short, Priority One had fortunately been out for a routine maintenance check and went ahead and fixed the cable people's mishap. I did not have to pay for that service, and I thought that was extremely nice of them to do that.
