We had Priority Electrical out for another issue and the electrician that came out convinced me that we needed to replace one of our electric panels. He seemed knowledgeable and I agreed. After he had started the work, another person showed up and the first electrician left. The second electrician mis-wired the panel and when we turned the power back on, it blew out two HVAC units including transformers, blower motors, a system control and two inducer motor assemblies. Priority Electric said that their insurance would take care of the costs, but when we received the insurance check we were left owing almost $5,000. I tried to talk with Ian with Priority Electric but he would not even return my calls.
