We installed an entire house of wood blinds for the member. After meeting him and talking with him we felt he might be a problem so we had the owner of the blind manufacturer do the installation. The 3 panel window has a one piece bar holding the 3 sections of blinds. Sometimes light will show at the top as no window is perfectly straight. We have asked the manufacture to adjust the blind to try to eliminate as much light as possible. We are waiting on the results. They said the valance over the vertical blinds on the sliding glass door sprang off in the middle of the night. We feel very strongly their cat caused the valance to come off causing a nick in their vinyl. We know that a valance with a number of clips securely pushed into the ridges cannot just spring off by themselves. We know the members had to drug their cat after this happened and they admitted their cat messed up the blinds in their old house. We are more than happy to fix and manufacture defect on any product we sell but we cannot fix floors damaged by the owner's cat. The manufacture has installed hundreds of blinds over the past 10 years and has never had a valance fall off before. We don't fell the member is being truthful.Phone
