They have not gotten around to fixing the outstanding issues that were supposed to be completed within the one year service warranty. One of the guys spilled some stain on my carpet when he was staining the railing to the upstairs and has never come back to replace the carpet. I have written them a letter describing all the outstanding issues and they have not responded yet. I am going to call them again today. I am very unsatisfied with the job that has been done.

Just as I had expected, they did a great job. There was a tiny bit of things wrong, which is normal. However, we kind of missed the deadline to get things fixed so we did it ourselves. It was no big deal though. They seemed to be every nice when they were here. I have no complaints at this time. Everything is still going good and I am very happy with my new home.

I have had good and bad experiences with this company and there was not very much personal interaction between the two of us besides the final adjustments and customizations in my home. If I had to hire them again I would, but I would just be more cautious and watch that the quality of their work is being preformed to the best of the employees ability.

Poinsett Homes built our home in a timely and professional manner. We got to pick our floor plan and they basically took care of the rest. The home is beautiful. It is built in a high-quality manner. I wouldn t change anything. We love it here. I would recommend them to others.
