We had a shadowbox fence installed in our backyard. The owner of the company was knowledgable of our homeowners association regulations and provided a written estimate. He was also nice and professional. While we are happy with how our fence turned out, the crew sent to do the install was a little and quot;roughand quot; to deal with and was not as professional as the owner. The fence took longer to install than we had anticipated. We did address our concerns about the crew with the owner and he was apologetic. The fence looks nice and our actual cost was slightly less than the estimate.
