Another serviceman was servicing our dehumidifier in the crawl space under the house and broke a pvc water line. I called your company and spoke with a young lady named Lillie. She told me it would be late afternoon before a someone could arrive. I told her I would have to find someone who could respond quicker. While I was looking for another company, she called be back and said a serviceman had just cleared any if would be approximately 30 minutes. She was so very nice and polite, and if I could have given her a hug for helping. Matt was great also and did a fantastic job. Very professional.
