They installed the A/C unit in March and it went out on us in either June or July I can't remember when it was and we had to call them back out because it was still under warranty. They did fine they fixed the problem. I had estimates from a lot of different companies and their's were really good and I felt that they did a really good job overall.

They were there when they said they would be. They did what they agreed to for the price they agreed to in the time frame we discussed. The installers were very professional, neat, and polite.

Tim did a very professional job. Worked with me on price and did an excellent job installing the units. I was concerned about a couple of minor items. Just to be clear, I am an engineer and am not that easy to please. Tim responded promptly and fixed/ adjusted the items that I mentioned to him. Very please with Palmetto Heating and Air and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They installed 1 heat pump per day so we were never without cooling. Old units were hauled away and total cleanup at the end of the day. Workmen were very professional and stayed with job until completed. They were not the least expensive quote we got but they were certainly not the most expensive. But with the heat pump and air handler combination which came out to 17 SEER units they were surely the most cost effective.

excellent. they made time for me in an already busy schedule. arrived on time, performed the work and left everything clean. they were very careful about making sure the old hole in the floor was tightly sealed. very polite and professional.
