This pro contacted me numerous times immediately through call, text, and email. We communicated back and forth a few times and they said they would be out the same day to look at my house and provide an estimate. Never heard anything from them. So will be looking for another pro to do the job.

Any questions I had they were addressed immediately. Any area that I felt need an additional coat, they were glad to do anything I asked. Very pleased with all the people we were in contact with.

Very good communication before, during, and after completion. I'm very pleased with the quality of the painting. I will hire again when I need more painting done.

We had a lot of interior painting done. The crew did a great job and did it very quickly. Just two days. They were very nice and professional. They covered all furniture, carpet, hardwood floors, and kitchen counters and cabinets with plastic. Thank you Steve!

The reviews I have read say it all. Ross and the crew at Emerald Pro are top notch. They prepped the house, painted and cleaned up in a very short time yet the result was more than I expected. Ross talked about the entire process and kept close to the project to make sure it was going okay but did not interfere with his professional crew. We have flower beds but they took special care and everything looked fine when they left. They did a great job masking and making clear sharp edges where colors touched. From beginning to end it was one of the best experiences I have had in hiring someone to do a job. Would hire again in a second

Our home looks good from a distance. Paint on new carpet. Doors and trim left unpainted. doors hung incorrectly or off. It took 7 days instead of 3 days. After hours. The people were friendly. The question is does our home look better? Definitely! Does our home look the way we thought it would. No. Better but not 5k better!!!

JD came to my house and provided excellent customer service. He was polite, professional and knowledgable. The bid was the most reasonable of the 3 I requested. The painters did a great job. JD came back all through the process to check on the work and make sure everything was going well. I will hire them again.

An interior designer helped me pick out colors. They helped us move furniture. The painters were very nice, easy to work with, and did a good job. They didn't use drop cloths so there was some clean up. They cleaned as needed. I would hire them again.

Very happy with the finished projects. My only minor critique was the work taking longer than anticipated and the two work-men quite often showing up after 10 am. HOWEVER, in fairness, we did ADD work mid-way through the project, and both men were prepared to work later than 5 pm to 'catch up' and get the project finished by the overall deadline. As for customer service: my emails were sometimes not responded to, although mostly they were. A slight discrepancy in the final cost was never fully addressed, and I felt somewhat dismissed. It wasn't much, so I paid it, and the two men, Jose and Barach did some additional work we did not ask for - to give the work a cleaner look (such as putting in a seal around our kitchen sink), so ultimately, I let it go. I would however have appreciated understanding where the additional cost came from, that was all, instead of feeling dismissed and/or it never really being fully explained. Overall though, I would hire this company again. Our home with treated with respect, the mess was cleaned up behind them, and the four individuals we worked with - from the work-men: Jose and Barach - to the administrative/financial side: Ross and Jay - were always friendly and professional. Thank you.

JD was amazing from start to finish. He came out and explained everything clearly. And he and his team did everything he said he would do. Jose and his crew repaired our siding, and painted the exterior of our home. And it looks outstanding. I cannot say enough about their quality of work and their customer service. Simply outstanding. You won't be disappointed if you go with JD and his team. Our house looks brand new after the work they have done for us. It is much appreciated!

Before beginning the project, everything was explained thoroughly. Also, the painters went beyond my expectations and most importantly, they cleaned up after themselves and did not leave a mess for me to clean up.

Job was completed within 72 hours from the time of the consultantation.
