Steve did a wonderful job on both clocks and offered a solution for the pocket watch as well. He fixed the clocks so they would be able to run properly.

A trusted handler of Cartier watches!! I was a little nervous about bringing my precious watches to this jeweler since there wasn't any mention of experience with Cartier watches listed on their website. However, I went with my gut instinct and went in anyway. I also wanted to make sure he knew how to maintain the water resistance of the watches after replacing the battery and he gave me a thorough explanation on how he was going to do just that. Mr. Pace is a kind patient man, who will not finish with you, till you are fully satisfied with the work he has done. It took him less than an hour to do the battery replacements and link fitting. Their price for labor and parts was EXTREMELY FAIR for such nice items. Before I left the store a lady walked in saying that she had been to every jeweler in town to get her antique watch appraised and all of them seem to tell her to go to Mr. Pace, since he was the most knowledgeable on time pieces. I couldn't agree more! Don't go to Atlanta to fulfill your watch needs go to Pace Jewelers.

We had taken my wife's Hamilton watch to a jeweler near our home for repair and a battery. We had a most unpleasnt experience with the owner (who had treated other customers poorly we later discovered). We did a review on Angie's List regarding our experience and then consulted Angies List for a jeweler who does watch repair (a move we should have done first) as well as asking friends. On Angie's List we found Pace Jewelers with a very good review. We also have a neighbor whose parents owned a business near Pace Jewelers and also recommended them highly. We took my wife's "unrepairable" Hamilton watch to Pace. The gentleman there looked over my wife's watch and told us it was easily repairable. We browsed the store's selections while we waited for about 15 minutes when the man came over to us with the Hamilton watch which was now functioning. He described his repairs and the battery installation and cited a price of only $15. Considering the sentimental value of the watch as well as the initial priciness years ago, this was nothing short of a miracle! He did caution my wife and me about a quirk with the stem but otherwise pronounced the watch good for more years of service. We found the professionalism, friendliness, competence and fair pricing at Pace Jewelers to be refreshing and will not only use them again ourselves but tell all our friends.

The people at Pace Jewelers are terrific. They've been in business in Greenville for a long time, and it's because the provide an honest business at a great price. This is the second item I've had them mend, and continue to recommend them to other people. They also have a very good turn-around time. They understand customer service.

It took about a month to complete, mostly waiting for the part to arrive. My only complaint is that I was not notified that it would take that long. The work was good, and the people were courteous.

They have been in business since I was a teenager so they have been in business for some time now. I have ordered from them about three or four different times over three or four different years. The quality of their work is good and the staff is friendly. They didn’t always return calls easily and they weren’t always on time. The products were handmade so they just weren’t always ready on time.

My wife had lost the diamond from her wedding ring quite a while back. We haven't had the money to replace the diamond so we decided to buy a CZ as a temporary solution. We took the ring and the stone to Pace Jewelers to ahve them set the new stone. They are very friendly, courteous and profeessional! I was pleasantly surprised to find that the cost to set the stone would be just $35. We picked up the ring a few days later and it looked terrific! We will definitely be back when we are ready to purchase an actual diamond for the ring!

My initial phone call was answered by a person, not a robodirectory or voice mail. She was gracious, helpful, and gave perfect driving directions. The shop has very convenient parking off the street beside the building, Staff are friendly and attentive. There is a chair beside a coffeepot, for a waiting customer to be comfortable. My needs were understood immediately. Before taking in my music boxes, consultation assured that the work could be done. I felt they viewed the ark as an adventure; though nothing was promised it seemed they looked forward to trying to get it working again and expected to be able to do so. Watches were repaired before I left the store. No one tried to sell me anything or do either less or more than I requested. As promised, they called within a few days to report success. When I arrived to pick up the items, they were readily located and cost was reasonable. I was so flabbergasted I left my debit card, which they had ready for me when I came back for it.
