She was friendly, on time and seemed to know what she was doing. I hired this company because I am someone who does not like to use harsh chemicals in my home or yard to protect the environment. The bottom line was the treatment didn't seem to work.  She offered us a contract that stated that if we did not do certain work to plug up holes, doors, and under the house, they would not come back with out charge.  Since we only did a small portion of what they mentioned, we did not call them back. (There would have been a new charge).  We hired a different company when we had an ant problem at our previous home whose product did the trick the first time and offered to return without a financial charge if there had been a problem. Plus, they required us to do nothing else (no plugging holes, etc.) So, we will use previous company next year if the problem continues.

For a single treatment fee, Sam ended up making three visits to our house until both we and he were satisfied the infestation had been addressed, and our home has been virtually bug-free since. We started with an ant problem, and Sam found and removed a dead tree stump the ants had been using as a home. After the colony moved to a new home in the back yard, Sam came again with a different treatment and advice to move our compost bin further away from the house. We knew when we moved in that the woods behind the property and the fact that all the neighbors use chemical pest control would make our home an attractive target, but we have gone 2 months since his treatment without an issue.
