She did a fair job. She was not on time. I don't think I would recommend her. She was being light, just seem to go over. I don't like waiting. I had to wait a while, so I would grade her average. She was not punctual.  Her professionalism was good. I would not use services from Nina's Personal Touch in the future

I was having Christmas events here and she went above and beyond to make certain that I didn't have to worry about how the house looked. This allowed me to focus on the entertaining and leave the rest to her. I am pretty picky and she was amazing - even to my husband who is more critical than I am if we are paying for house cleaning.

The job was well done. She did a great job. However, the price was a bit high.

My wife dealt with them and don?t think she particularly cares about that lady. They said that we were too cluttered and they did not really want to do our house. I think we paid about $70 for that work.

Nina is great! She does an excellent job and she is always smiling! ......In the 24 years I have lived in my house it has never been this clean. And I have 4 dogs who live inside, so believe me when I say my house gets filthy. I am going to have Nina come every other week to maintain everything. It is truly a luxury to come home to an immaculate house that is super clean and smells super clean too! Nina is a keeper!

She is very good and very thorough. The quality of work is excellent. They are reasonably priced too.

Nina is unbelievable. I found her through Angie's list, and I couldn't be any happier with her service. I've hired (and fired) many housecleaners over the last 20 years, and have never had anyone come close to the service that she provides. My husband and I are both very meticulous and I've always "cleaned up" after all my other housecleaners when I'd notice baseboards or other areas that they would miss or not go over very well. I have never had to go over any of her work, and I never even had to ask her to improve in an area. From day 1 she did everything I expected and even far more. She cleans much better than I ever did. Everyone comments how everything shines in my house and how they could eat off the floors - That's Nina! My home is large (over 4,000 square feet with cathedral ceilings and lots of high places) and she is truly amazing at keeping all my house meticulous - even those hard to reach areas. Before my house seemed like it accumulated dust very quickly, but it doesn't since Nina has been cleaning my home (over 1 year now) because she thoroughly cleans everything and doesn't do the quick duster-passerbys that I think others do. Also I've found that others are always great for the first few months, but then they get lazy and start taking short-cuts, taking advantage of your business. Not Nina, she takes so much pride in her work that everything is always perfect. I wish everyone could experience Nina's touch. Unfortunately I am going to be moving to Nashville, and my husband and I joke about taking Nina with us. We can't imagine going back to what we were use to all those years...changing cleaning people every so many months after they start getting lazy and taking advantage of their longer term clients. Thank you Angie's List for this service that found my best housecleaner (and most honest housecleaner) ever! I hope you can find one for me as I move to the Nashville area.

Nina is very professional. She has been working for me for several months; every other week. She does a great job, her fee is within the going price (I pay $100 every other week) for comparable services. She is a fast worker and very thorough. I recommend her to anyone who desires a good honest, hardworking, thorough person to do their housecleaning. She stated that if she came every week, she would charge $75 weekly. However, since there are only my husband and I (and our border collie), I can get by every other week.

Nina is wonderful. She was recommended by a friend and we couldn't be happier with her work. My husband says she does a better job than I ever did! It is difficult to find someone who even does the laundry, but she is willing and does a wonderful job. She even does the baseboards on her hands and knees. I recommend her services highly.
