There were a great deal of problems with the project, and poor planning and design by the contractor caused all of them. Nichols was not responsible for the problems, and discovered most of the flaws before it was too late. They were just as angry as we were, and did a very good job of making the best out of a bad situation. If it were not for Nichols, we would have had to do this all over again.
