Amy Osborne, Senior Loan Officer as well as her team (Abigail, etc.) provided the best service for any vendor or purchase I have made from any company -ever. Seriously - I know that sounds a bit over the top, but I guarantee you that my husband and I would NOT be homeowners today if not for the tenacity of Amy and her team. She always, 100% of the time, got back to me asap, to include evenings and weekends, on any question and was always sincere in her efforts to help us. Why? Well, since our great country is recovering from the credit crisis, there are more requirements than ever to qualify for a purchase. Because we had our own business for a few years as well as rental property and imperfect credit, we had to explain a LOT for the underwriters. Amy walked us through the process effortlessly and though it can be an extremely stressful time, she was always positive yet direct and understanding too. Three days before closing I really screwed up on mortgage payment for the rental property and we very nearly did not close. Doesn't sound like that big of deal unless you consider the scheduled movers, utility start ups, my job (we moved from out of state), daycare waiting lists, etc. but Amy was still championing for us and amazingly, we did not get denied at the 11th hour - I strongly feel that any other lender would have dropped us for being too high a hassle factor. Not Amy - - I will gladly follow her to any firm she happens to work for in the future. She even showed up at closing AND was still helping us with some deed questions after the close. You will not find any better loan officer than Amy Osborne. Call her. :)
