 + -1 moreMr. Pender corresponds with his customers long after the mortgage deal has transpired. In fact after securing our first mortgage in 2006 Will continued to send helpful e-mails regarding all facets of homeowning, business, and philosophy in general. He kept us abreast of changes in the housing market and mortgage rates. So this year (2012) we quickly worked out a refinancing contract that was perfect for us. Will Pender is the mortgage agent to see in Greenville!
Description of Work: We purchased our house in 2006 through Will Pender then refinanced last month. I cannot imagine a better broker than Mr. Pender. He is prompt, efficient, affable, and attentive. We got an excellent deal on the refinancing through his hard work.
