Yard did not improve after 1 year of service - not entirely their fault - I have a lot shade. Service tech was unaware of products they offer. Fee was bumped to $70 per treatment without any notice. I was told they "underestimated" in the initial cost after a year of treatment - not sure I understand this but seems shady. All other companies are in the $45 per treatment range and this is where they were.

I met a representative that came out and "quickly" surveyed my property. The following week someone else was sent to do soil samples in order to determine a treatment plan specific for my yard. Somewhere between the two, my yard was also serviced (this was around March 2017). Around May 18, 2017, someone came out again. My biggest complaint is that I never know when they are coming. I don't know if they are calling me and I am missing the call because I have not had any voice mails either. So I really cannot advise how the soil sample study went and as my yard has only been treated twice, I do see a few less weeds. I did ask them to come out again after the first visit because it seemed I had more weeds, which is better now. I will report back more as we move along in the year. My overall rating is Good but I would rate better if I received more contact from the company. I thought I would get more information about the plan for more yard and what was being done, but I only know what they put on my account via the website. I then have to call and ask what some of the updates actually mean they have done.

The reason they came back today is because our backyard was full of weeds. We've had them for a little over a year. Something was going on.

NaturaLawn does a wonderful job for us! We are extremely satisfied. They call us the day before each treatment so we can pick up children's toys or anything else that might be on the lawn. They come to the door when they arrive. After the application, they blow the driveway off in case of any stray pellets that might have gotten on there and put a small sign in the grass. Then the bill is left on the front doorknob. Great company!

Great job! The treatment killed the weeds in my yard completely within a few months and the yard is looking greener than ever and even filling in some bare spots. I feel better knowing that I am using all organic materials for about the same price as chemicals.

Had a bit of difference on how much the service was to be. When I called I was told there was a neighborhood rate of $43. I asked if someone needed to come out and see my property and was told no. I said that I had a $50 Angies List coupon. I was told $43 less $7.14 (the $50 Angies List coupon over the course of seven treatments which equals 1 year of service.) When the bill came it was $43. I called and I was told that the discount had already been applied.) Since the products applied seem to be working we decided to take the $50 loss.

First two years was OK, but then when they came to overseed we found very little seeds on lawn.

As far as the weeds, I assume you are primarily talking about crabgrass which was so prevalent in your lawn in 2012. I agree our control that year was not satisfactory. It just so happened that in the winter of 2012, I met with our fertilzer manufacturer with other location owners in NaturaLawn and we came up with a different type of pre-emergent that still meets our strict standards within our organic-based lawncare approach. The results in 2013 were amazing! I invite you to reconsider having NaturaLawn of America Greenville as your lawn care company! You and your Dog will be happy with the results! I guarantee it! It is all natural. They use 85% less chemical than other companies and that stands out to me. They do what they promise. They are prompt and professional. I am still waiting to see how it all turns out.
