Apparently he did not appreciate my wife answering emails on her phone (this was during work hours) even though he stopped our meeting to take a call about another client. He launched into a tirade about how he was trying to teach us and that if we were too busy we could come back another time. It degraded into a argument about manners and when we told him we were taking our business elsewhere he said "good" and when we asked him to shred our paperwork he literally showed us the door. Maybe they would have been great to work with but I don't think this was a professional attitude.

Horrible experience!! This should have been a cakewalk. We have excellent credit and enough equity to cover the loan several times over. I’ve been through the mortgage process nine times in my lifetime. This was a simple re-fi of our home. Instead, it seemed like a nightmare that would never end. They took 42, count them, 42 days to finish. They were impotent to solve simple problems caused by their poor communication. They cost us penalties when they ran past the 40 day lock. And defensive! Big guns of a battleship came out to try to blow a complaint away. The only bright spot was Jane. She did fine.
