Michael's Wholesale Flooring

The process took 2 days due to only having one person available the first day. Jimmy did the measures/layouts of padding and carpet and completed the first master bedroom. Second day, Jimmy, Brian and Dillon completed the remaining rooms (guest bedroom, 2nd master bedroom, living room, loft area and closets). With efficiency, they moved some misc. items. There were a couple places missed in cleaning up debris, but overall, they did a great job and the carpet looks wonderful with our freshly painted walls. Note: Shane Graham - sales associate was very helpful when entering Michael's Flooring (and assisted in selecting the carpet for our needs. He also gave carpet sample pieces to assist in color choice. Purchased carpet Jun. 14, and it was installed on Jun. 25/26.

It was a 2 day job and it went smoothly. The workers were punctual and did a great job.

After going back and forth between the two big box stores and not finding exactly what I wanted my wife suggested going to Michael's. I immediately saw the exact flooring I was unable to find at the other two places, a distressed hickory that was 100%wood. Chad, the salesman I worked with answered all my questions and when he worked up a price for me, it was cheaper than the laminate or wood/laminate flooring I was seeing elsewhere. They had the flooring available for loading into my truck when I arrived and helped my load it. I would highly suggest that anyone looking for any type of flooring, check Michael's before you decide.

It went well.  I gave a B for punctuality because the installers showed up a good bit late and had to come back the following morning to finish.  But they were very efficient and thorough at ripping up the old carpet, vacuuming, and installing new carpet. Sales service with Shane went well.  I gave a B for responsiveness because the little gold threshold for where the bathroom floor meets the hall carpet wasn't installed and nobody ever came back to install it after emails.  It looks fine, but had planned on having it there.

I worked with Brian who was not only professional and nice but had the patience of a Zen master (took me ages to decide on a color). He answered any questions I had and provided me with a crew who knew their jobs well. I had a couple of concerns which Brian listened to and had rectified immediately. Juan lead the hardwood crew I had and he was prompt (arrived at 8am!), professional and worked so hard to make everything perfect! I can not thank Brian and the guys at Michael's flooring enough. I inundated him with questions and he was always helpful. I purchased a Palmetto Road Lake Ridge floor which is so beautiful and I just love it!  I highly recommend Michael's Wholesale Flooring!

No complaints, Shane at the store is awesome to work with and the installers did a superb job.

They were very good.

I arrived at the store knowing I wanted laminate plank flooring, but needed to match some other flooring in other rooms.
Shane the salesmen loaded me up with samples (at no charge) to take back home to see what matched the best.
He set a date for delivery at my convenience with the time the installers would be there and how long the job would take.
I had 2 large rooms of laminate flooring installed with many doorway and
pillar cut outs. Furniture needed to be moved and carpets had to be
taken up and molding put down in both rooms. 5 installers showed up
right at the scheduled time and had the floors done in a few hours.
They cleaned up all the cuttings, swept the rooms clean and replaced all
the furniture back in it's right place. The bedroom had a bed wall
unit that needed to be taken apart to move and they put it back together
again.
6 months later the flooring looks beautiful and cleans beautifully with white vinegar and water.
I would certainly recommend them and if I have any flooring requirements would certainly use them again.

The sales rep at Michaels was very patient. It took us a while to decide which flooring we wanted to select. Once we decided, the installation was very quick! We did have to get the trim re stained to match the flooring, but the installation team was very helpful.

Visited showroom and Eric spent several hours with us explaining pros and cons of different style of carpeting and tiles. He visited house, measured, and provided detailed written estimate. The installers arrived on time, removed old carpeting, moved furniture,and installed new carpet over a period of 2 days. Cleaned up daily and did no damage. Would highly recommend.

They arrived after lunch and removed the last of the old flooring beneath the toilet. Dispose of it in the trash. Cleaned the floor. Cut the new flooring. They installed the new flooring and moulding. Reinstalled the toilet. Cleaned the area. Placed the remaining portion of my new flooring in the garage as requested. They started about 1:30 pm and finished about 6:00 pm. Well worth the price!

They we're friendly and they had great prices. I would definitely use them again or recommend them to anyone. I wouldn't change a thing and I wasn't about to question their motives. Everything was done to perfection.

I thought that Michael's had done a pretty average job when installing my kitchen floor. Really I did not run in to any real troubles with the services or the quality, I just simply thought it was average. The price was a bit on the expensive side, but they did a good job. I cannot complain too much. I am pretty sure that I would hire them again. It turned out good enough.

I would never have them in my home again. The first time they came out the carpet would roll in different areas of the home. After a lot of complaints and service calls they came back out to trim the carpet but it still rolled. They didn t give me a discount or anything. The only thing they did right was admitting to the fact they made the mistake but they never did fix it to our satisfaction.

All the rooms of carpet turned out very well and this company provided us with a high quality of service and friendliness. It was a one-day job and best of all the carpets didn t have any flaws. They got all the edges flush and didn t make a mess out of our home in doing so.

Michael's Carpet did an excellent job laying down our carpeting. The workmen were extremely professional, and when they had finished there were no tacks showing. The carpets were installed properly. They had a great selection of carpet and the salesman was very helpful in assisting us. There is nothing I would change about the installation or this experience.

The floors look absolutely wonderful. I couldn t be more pleased with the service or the results. The workers were very friendly and professional. They cleaned everything up when they were done. They were here on time. The job was completed in a timely manner. The price was fair. I would recommend this company to others.

They did a bad job on the initial installation. They redid it and it still isn't right. They still charged us full price and I thought we should have received a discount. They didn't even apologize for the poor work. The workers who showed up were at least courteous and on time but I would not hire them again.
