Spoke to Mark's plumbing over the phone and they recommended a new toilet, since fixing the old could have been just as costly as a new one.  The technician showed up and installed the toilet quickly and efficiently.  He then fixed a small ongoing issue in the shower with the temperature controls.  The technician wore boot covers and cleaned up when he finished and removed the old toilet.  The work was done quickly and for a good price.  I will use them in the future and highly recommend Mark's Plumbing.

We needed four aging faucets and two sink drains replaced in our house and we called Mark's Plumbing to do the job. The work was completed yesterday, and I had to take a minute to leave a review. 
On their first trip, they realized that one of the faucets we had purchased would not fit because the 30-year-old plumbing under the bathroom counter had not been installed correctly. But rather than leaving us stranded, they actually went and searched the warehouse until they found a replacement part that would allow the new faucet to work. They made a second trip back out to our house to install this part... and they didn't charge us a penny extra for all the trouble they went to! Considering how many companies like to nickel & dime their customers, we were very, very impressed that the guys from Mark's Plumbing did this for us out of sheer kindness. 
They will definitely be our go-to plumber from now on and will get all our future business. They have earned our respect and our trust! I know it is often difficult to find reliable, honest people to perform work around your home, so I simply had to share our positive experience with Mark's Plumbing with everyone. I highly recommend them!

Mark's Plumbing was sent out by a home warranty insurance company, so we had a $75 copay. The burner on the gas water heater was badly clogged by soot. They were not able to clean the burner and tried to obtain a replacement. The water heater was so old that a replacement burner would have to be manufactured. Given the age of the old water heater, I chose to replace it. They obtained a new water heater and did an excellent job in replacing the old one. I would use them again.

It was very good. They were very honest, reasonable in price, reliable and pleasant to work with.

They were later than expected, but did perform all of the services while there.

Mark was wonderful, prompt and professional. He fixed the toilet and discovered a problem in my sewer line that required I call another company. He came back by when they arrived to make sure I was treated fairly. He did not receive any pay for this but took it on himself to care for his customer. I will call him anytime I have plumbing problems.

We found Marks Plumbing through American Home Shield and the co-pay was $60 for them to come out and service out request. Our disposal was not working. The technician quickly fixed our clogged disposal being careful and taking his time. He also checked one of our toilets that was making a loud knocking sound after flushing. He did not have an exact explanation as to what the problem was, but after loosening one of the valves the knocking stopped and has not returned. He was on time and very professional.

I like everything about them. They were very thorough. They explained what they were going to do. They made sure we were happy with the work.

We weren't satisfied with the plumbing work that they did. They had to come out twice. The toilets didn't flush properly and they fixed it but it was not fixed, then they had to come back out and they still didn't fix it. I probably would have to fix it myself so we probably won't use them again. It might have been just a fluke but it seems to me that if you are a plumber, fixing a toilet should not be that big a deal. I can do it myself but I just don't like to get all that slime on my hands. They charged a $100 to come out the first time and then the second time they charged $50 and to me if they didn't fix it right, they should not be charging for the second visit. I didn't challenge them on it but I would not use them again. I would not flunk them because it does flush, if I flush it enough times but it wastes a lot of water. The plumber had a great attitude but he just didn't come by. His pants were actually pulled up above where they should be, to me that was not very professional.

They were there when they said they would be, they did everything they said they would do and they were really good. They were professional, friendly and what I liked the most is that they didnt try to say that we needed more work then what we needed. They didnt try to oversell us.
