He was a nice young man. You really don't have much contact with them. He was as good as Chris.

I found them to be very knowledgeable, friendly, and they had the ability to make suggestions on alternative ways of using the system and to diagnose problems with the system overall. I thought they were a bit expensive, but I'll pay a bit more for someone that does good work and does what they say they will.

We called Ken Church to request service. He asked questions about our problem and promised to send a crew to our home. The two service guys showed up on time and promptly got to work. At the end of their visit I was asked if I would like for them to run a check on the entire system which they did.
