+ -1 more1. Receiver hitch 1st try was wrong hitch, and 2nd try a week later the installer had no prior experience with this installation and took 4 hours. 2. Flowthrough tailgate was done without a problem 10 minutes. 3. Bed rails and headache rack were parts of a system with parts missing, mis-installed and not stable when light bar was added with KC Daylighters and took 12 hours putting in and taking out. 4. Bed mat was a no brainer. 5. Wheel well trim and window vents were a struggle. The installer was not provided with appropriate tools or instructions by parts supplier. The dealer would not refund the purchase price in full (withheld $300 to pay for restocking and return shipping for defective parts).
Description of Work: Provided Pickup Truck trim upgrades. 1. Front Receiver Hitch ($200). 2. Flowthrough tailgate ($700). 3. Bed rails ($330). 4. Bed mat ($70) 5. Headache rack ($700). 6. Wheel well trim.($100) 7. Light bar for headache rack ($220). 8. Window vents. Installed all items and customer's lights for Light Bar. I paid for the parts up front (A BIG MISTAKE WITH THIS COMPANY).
