They just didn t make this as smooth and simple as it could have been. I felt the home was built okay but we just didn t get the feel for the home we had hoped for. There was a big hole in the middle of the living room floor and instead of taking care of it when they should have they waited and let the carpet be installed over it. They had to come back out and tear up the rug to fix it. This is what made them seem so unprofessional to us.

The building of the home and the results that come with that were to our liking. It was a soundly built home and we haven't run into any problems to this point with their work. A few things we disagreed with were we thought there would be street lights and also a homeowners association, which neither turned up. We felt mislead in those areas and probably wouldn't consider them again for those reasons alone.

They were an all right company and did a good job on constructing the home. It was holding up well and they did a follow up, which I was impressed with. It was easy to deal with and they had a service rep on site at all times. I thought that was really great.
