Purchased a new home from them this year and have not been able to enjoy it because of all of the major issues we have had from day one. LS either responds to a warranty issue weeks later or not all. If they respond to the issue all they are willing to do is put a band aid on it and NOT FIX the problem, they ignore our emails and phone calls. Not one issue has been correctly fixed the first time out, it takes weeks or months. There are still plenty of major issues that were reported months ago and have not been addressed to this point. The biggest issues are our popping (not squeaking) wood floors that they say they will attempt to fix only one time and if it does not work they are not responsible and a leak in our roof that they came by and caulked around flashing (temp fix that did not work) then they pulled and damaged our gutter to flash behind it. Forgot to mention that both AC units have gone out multiple times. There are at least a dozen more issues but I ran out of space.
