"KJ landscaping, and grading sent one of our employee to this customer house, and our employee tried to steal our customer which he succeeded. We collected deposit and started work. Throughout the day, I repeatedly asked the homeowner What did he think about the work and he told me repeatedly we are doing a fantastic job. Mind you. The homeowner is taking pictures and sending them to our employee, and our employee is telling him its not the right way to do it so that he can get the job to himself. So my guys left for the day around 6:30. And he was still satisfied with the work that we have done so far. Mind you he was asking if the employee can come to this site, I told him no. This is a case of our employee trying to take this job from his employer. Our employee ends up, convincing the homeowner to let him finish the job. Again the homeowner was fine with the job. If you pay close attention to the wording in the complaint, why would the homeowner refer to himself as the homeowner? The employee is trying to get the2,200 for whatever reason. THERE WAS NO BROKEN PIPE. Our company did not make one dime. Again, please read the complaint very carefully and you will see thats not the home owner speaking, saying words like the homeowner will need another contractor things like the homeowner canceled the project . Nobody ever refer to themselves in third person that many times. Its clearly our ex-employee whos trying to sabotage our company."
