It was very good they analyze the problem, they gave a reasonable price that's fair with our budget.

We had Christian, from Ken's Pluming come out to quote a project for us that involved him going into the attic. Christian damaged our ceiling by putting weight on it and causing a nail-pop in the corner of our guest bedroom. It took us a few days to notice the damage as it happened in the corner of a guest room. We scheduled to have Christian and Craig (Supervisor) come back to view the damage. They had to re-schedule on us and so we moved forward with another contractor completing our project. However, we took a video of the damage from Christian before any work was done by the other contractor so that Christian could not claim it was not him. [*** Link removed ***] When Christian and his supervisor, Craig, came out to look at the damage Christian immediately states he did not even leave the platform, a flat area by the attic door. Then changed his story and said, “I mean, I didn’t go that far over there.” They both noticed we had a new gas line installed, and quickly tried to state that the damage could have been from someone else, fair enough, that’s why we took the video and informed them that we had proof of damage before anyone else was in the attic. Christian flip-flopped and was put on the spot by Craig to either state he did it or did not do it. No strong answer came from him and they both left stating they needed to talk with Ken (Owner) and would get back to us. We were informed today (6/17) after reaching back out for an answer, that they will not be fixing the ceiling as they can not be sure they did it or someone else even after the video evidence so I’m sharing this experience, and the video, as a warning that Ken’s Plumbing doesn’t take responsibility for their tech’s actions.

I strongly recommend NOT using this company. We had a very unfortunate experience with one of their service techs, Jesse who came out several months ago to assess an outside faucet. He said he would get back to us by the end of the week after researching parts availability. 10 days went by - no call back. When we reached out to Vicki at the office she had Jesse call us who apologized and said he forgot and then became defensive in his tone when we asked, "Other than an apology what are the next steps that you can take on our behalf to remedy the situation?" We spoke to Vicki again and asked to speak with the owner to share our concerns and a price adjustment on the work. She promised that he would call us back in a week. Never heard from him. Just spoke to Vicki again - three weeks later and she said they are booked for the early part of next week and was unwilling to accommodate our schedules or make our request a priority -despite months of unresponsiveness and absence of follow through. They also refused to refund our initial service call fee and said that is a customary fee. Per Betty, the office manager, "we are not bound to do anything for you as a result of that charge". I am astounded that they continue to use the slogan, "how can we make you smile"! Perhaps beginning with some major customer service training and service excellence mentoring would be a good first step.

They were absolutely fantastic. They came immediately the same day I called. They are very friendly and provided me with an excellent deal on my service and went above and beyond with the job they came out for. Afterwards they sent me a thank you card for requesting their service which I found extremely pleasing.

They came in about an hours time. Very prompt. They moved the opening over and reconnected a new spigot. They crawled under the house to make the move and reconnection. They were very cordial and efficient. They started and finished in about an hour. To their credit, the lead person told me it would be $499.00. I took a deep breath and told him to proceed. After all, they had me then. I had no water service. In retrospect I probably should have asked if they could just cap it off for a much lower price. The final charge was $766.00. No detail on the Bill but $49.00 was noted as an additional trip charge. I take full responsibility for grossly overpaying. I should have asked more specific questions. I'm writing this so that you won't feel like an over trusting idiot like I do right now.

We called Ken's just before a holiday weekend for a resident's clogged drain.  After telling the tech that the property had an issue earlier with the line being clogged further in, the tech specifically said he would remove the p-trap and snake the line.  After signing the invoice to proceed (with a handwritten "no warranty" note), he instead returned with an air plunger and never snaked the line.  Even with a plumber properly snaking the line, we have never paid half that much with another company.
We then received a receipt in the mail claiming they snaked the line.   Because of their "satisfaction guaranteed" policy, we called the company to discuss the dishonesty.  Their only response was that their plunger was expensive for them to purchase.  We will never use this company for our properties again.

He did extensive work. I thought the price was reasonable because we had far less work done for less money. He even brought the bad pipes and showed us what he replaced. I thought he was really good. We had a leak into the house. Whoever put the pipes in the house used a wrong fitting and they let go. My husband got him through the internet and he was the one willing to come out the same day. He was professional, nice and knowledgeable. If I had a problem, I would call him again. He was top notch.

The unit was replaced/installed. The service was fine but we felt like the price was way too high for a basic, low horsepower disposal.

Overall the service was very good.  I had a 1:00 appointment - plus or minus two hours.  Called to make sure I was still on "the list" and found out that someone had scheduled another appointment in my spot.  Was assured they would still come out and check out the plumbing.  Jesse arrived around 4:30.  Very nice gentleman!  He checked things out, gave me prices for the work, and then performed the services.  I only gave a B for the price because it seems high but it may be right in line with others.

I had been having problems with my bathtub draining slowly--then one night it didn't drain at all.  Ken's Plumbing was very good about working me into their schedule of frozen pipes and other disasters.  The plumber was extremely nice and capable.  He explained what he was doing with the tub and made sure it was draining all right. It was expensive, but worth it.

Completed repair of leaking hot / cold washer valves in the laundry closet.  Also checked the water pressure, advised me it was ~90 PSI and should be <80 PSI to be OK and code compliant.  Advised me Pressure Control Valve may need to be adjusted or replaced.  Very professional.
