Kathy's Kut'z

Kathy or one of her crew was here for about 10 minutes each visit, neglecting the entrances, poorly trimming the shrubbery, and creating little ditches along the sidewalk. I never succeeded in convincing her not to use the electric blower on my property, with the result that I constantly had to remove debris from the porches & bushes and, finally, a coating of mud from my immaculate wrought iron fence that had just been pressure-washed. When I tried several times to phone Kathy to ask for someone to return that afternoon and remove the mud, there was no answer and no reply to the messages I left. The following day, after I had cleaned it up myself, I heard from Kathy: (a) she was sick and therefore excused herself from whatever happened in her absence the day before and from tending to her customer communications; (b) it was not her responsibility. I do not need an employee to make things worse or to argue with me about it. I will search Angie's List for a better option.
