Judith Ackert

I was shopping around for interest rates to refinance my mortgage. I went on Angie's list to see if any banks or mortgage companies had been reviewed. Judith Ackert was listed with a favorable review so I called her. She was very on the ball, gave detailed info, got back to me right away and gave good guidance throughout the process. Even spoke with me on evenings and weekends. We got a very good rate and our closing costs were as estimated. I would recommend to any one looking for a mortgage or refinance to put her on the list to call.

I began looking for lenders by contacting Franklin American, along with Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Lending Tree, and a couple other companies I found online. After interviewing with these lenders, I chose Judy because I felt that she was the person who would look out for me the best during the complex process of applying for and obtaining a loan. My loan application was approved within two weeks and I just got back from the closing. Judy was there for me the entire time and answered any questions that came up. I'm a big fan of her, and her company, after doing business with them.
