He is a strong negotiator and always looks out for his client. The major difference between Joey and most other realtors is communication. He responds to texts almost immediately, and will communicate with me late into the night about properties I'm interested in.

I referred Joey McCormick at Remax The Home Team to my neighbor who informed me he was selling his house and moving to Charlotte. He planned on selling it for around $140k, and thought about selling it himself online somehow. I told him how happy I was with Joey and he called him to get things started. Joey listed it and sold it for $159k (full asking price) within 6 hours of it being on the market. My neighbor told me he was very pleased with Joey and would use him again if purchasing another home in Greenville. Joey is a strong negotiator for you if you are buying a home like I did a few years back or selling your home as well. He and his family have been in the Greenville real estate business for decades and I'm fully confident recommending him to others.

Joey McCormick was my realtor last year when I purchased my home in the Lake Forest subdivision in Greenville, SC. I was happy with my experience with Joe and remax. He was very good about getting back with me with any updates and revisions to the purchase of my home. He was very aggressive in getting me the best price and negotiated very well on my behalf for repairs/price. I would definitely use Joe again as my real estate agent.
