Fantastic customer service, scheduled commitment, follow up's. the work is perfect and the pricing was the best.

When we noticed loose shingles on our roof after a named tropical storm blew through, I called to schedule repairs. When I didn't hear from them, I called again, and was given the owner's cell phone number. I called him directly, and within an hour, a polite, professional young man was on my roof, nailing down loose shingles, and in less than a half hour, was done. The next day, it rained. The day after that, more rain. No leaks, no flying shingles. I'm happy!

Extremely well..Excellent work. On time and cleaned up. Only problem is he needs a office manager that will answer the phone and return calls.

Arrived when they were scheduled. Did the job in good time, and cleaned up any debris. Roof looks great!

They did a great job. It was very fast. I called them one day and they were there the next morning to put up the shingles. The price was a little high for 3 shingles but it was worth it.

Ronald was here within 2 hours of my call. He went in the attic so I could show him where it leaks, then out on the roof. After carefully inspecting, he determined one small place that could possibly be the problem. He goes to his truck, comes back with a small bit of tar, patches the place. He's done but assures me that if it continues to leak that he'll be right back out and to let him know.
I asked him if they took credit cards and he said - Oh, no charge for this. We don't charge unless we actually DO something. Well, he DID actually do something - but he nicely refused. I've never heard of a company who made a house call for free - and with a small repair, it's still free. You can bet when I need to replace my roof that I'll call them.

I will have to make this short and sweet. The entire process was out of this world excellent! The process, staff and workmanship are beyond excellent it was unparalleled in every single aspect right down to recommendations for other work on my home. Many neighbors had roof done before mine and wished they had not so they could have went with JOE ROBERSON & SON ROOFING!!!!!!
This company and all associated with it are a first class act and will get any other business I may have. 

Received an estimate the same day I contacted them.  10 days after I agreed to the estimate the work was finished in half a day.

I elected to contact Jo Roberson & Son Roofing based on a recommendation from a friend who is retired from the construction industry and said you cannot go wrong with them. John Roberson, who is the current owner of the company, was prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable when he came to our house to give us the roofing estimate. John has over 40 years experience in the roofing industry. He explained exactly what his company would do and the product and the warranties they would provide. He was extremely flexible in setting up the time to perform the job as we set up an appointment. He and his crew arrived right on time on the date we set. John and his crew of nine men were extremely courteous and professional, making sure to respect our property, and completing the job within the time said. In fact, they finished early and did a thorough job of cleaning up any refuse, including cleaning out the gutters. I am extremely pleased with their work and enthusiastically recommend them.

During the very next light rain, it was leaking worst than before. It was like I didn't have a roof! I immediately called the company rep and he said he couldn't come out until Saturday. 5 days later! He said it would be before the next rain, so I shouldn't worry. But, it rained like crazy 2 days before he came back. We were now using buckets. He came out and attempted to repair again.


During the next rain, the same thing. It poured into my house. I called again and guess what? He couldn't come out until Saturday, four days from now. He came out again and "added flashing", but when it rained the next day, guess what? Yep, leaking again! This happened three times. Three times he came out to fix it. It got worse and worse and we were going on vacation soon. I told him to bring the owner over and they need to put their heads together and put this problem to rest.

Time had elapsed and my wife was not happy about the whole situation. Neither was I. The next weekend, (his normal working time for my house), I didn't receive a call. I called another company to come over and look at it. They did. They told me exactly what was the issue was and more importantly they fixed it correctly.


Joe Roberson roofing called me a week later and told me they were on their way to fix my roof again. I told them don't bother, it's done and I am on vacation. I also asked them for a refund and received none. I called the owner of the company and he gave me a heart filled  "I'm sorry".  That's it? That all your going to say. Now I suffer from water damage inside my house and have to replace my ceiling. 


This company WILL NOT stand behind their work.

Our roof was getting old and dilapidated so we had a new asphalt shingle roof installed. Roberson's took a few days to do the work and cleaned up well after them. We've enjoyed our new roof since.
