Do:
1. If there is an insurance claim, go to your insurance company first. Their approval will be for a specific amount
2. Get an estimate from roofing contractor
3. Quote usually includes two costs. The difference is in the quality of the shingles - for 20 years or 30 years. Insurance will
normally cover the lower estimate.
