JL Solid Stone

I should have known better than to pursue this company's help almost from the beginning. Darron came out and took measurements to give me an estimate for the stone for the counter tops and wall caps, and told me he would give the measurements to the person who does their cabinets so that I could get an estimate for that as well. I received the estimate for the stone promptly, but had to wait over a week and a half and make contact multiple times with them to get an estimate for the cabinet. After that, it degenerated into a nightmare. Every time they were supposed to come out, they were late. They had to reschedule the install for the cabinet because they were "sent the wrong one". Then I had to reschedule the install for the stone because they wouldn't have been able to come out until noon when they had told me before they would be there between 9:30 and 10am. I'm on 3rd shift, so I needed to be asleep by then so I could be at work that night. They caused me nothing but inconvenience every step of the way, and the icing on the cake is, now that it's all done, they completely botched the wall caps. They aren't even with the half walls or each other, which means I'll have to get another company to come out and re-cut the pieces so they'll fit how they're supposed to, which will further put me behind in finishing my remodel.
