No cost for the system or installation. Just agreed ot have it monitored through their monitoring station and the system was professionally installed in our home. Salesman was easy to deal with and no pressure or hard sell. Installer was on time, in a profesionally marked vehicle and very knowledgeable. System was installed and we were shown how to use it. Everything went great, Would highly recommend.

I liked this company because if something happened they were there. My contractor hired them and I continued to use them to this day. I had a monthly service contract with them and I haven't had any problems. There's not much to say really except they do a good job.

This is one of the first things we did after moving into our new home. Their representative was outgoing and very good at describing how the system worked so we could understand. The installation only took an hour and it was tested before he left. We have not had any false alarms. The system has kept us safe up to this point and we are certain will continue to do so.

We were very pleased with the monitoring of our home security. Everytime we forgot to turn off our alarm before entering our home, which we did often, they immediately called. For safety reasons they issued us a password for confirmation.

We have been using them for about 10 months and they did a very professional job of installing our system. They explained to us about the operation of everything. We had one problem with a motion detector, so we found out they had only a five minute response time. They came out very quickly to check on the problem and replaced the motion detector. The cost included a couple of extra door alarms.

IHC originally installed the system for free and only charges us by the month now. My husband set it off a few times in the beginning, and each time IHC responded promptly. They provide regular maintenance and check ups on the system.

They did a good job installing our system. They showed me how to use the system and explained how everything worked. They had great customer service. We got them after we had a break in and was glad that we hired them because we had another break in attempt shortly afterwards but the alarm scared them away. Vector responded quickly and also sent the police out.
