Coordinated well with the office and showed up on time.  Provided me with a price list to fix the exterior outlets.  Started at $249 since you never know how long it might take.  If it goes to level two, it will be more.  After about 30 minutes of testing, found a loose wire in the garage and tightened.  Outlets worked.  Installed the exterior spotlight after removing an old fixture.  Took about 20 minutes.  $220.  Installed the outlet and cover outside.  I pointed out that the wires went no place and that what I really wanted was a price to install the conduit inside.  He said $250 (which did seem reasonable since there would be pipe bending, wire etc.) Told him I would have to think about it.  They have nice trucks and are professional but their charges seem to be based off of almost an auto mechanics guide, not what it really takes to fix or install.  I wrote and email to the scheduler saying I thought the price was high.  He said he would talk with the installer and get back to me.  Never heard anything.  When you compared them to the plumber there the same day, no comparison on value.

The electrician secured the permits necessary and was able to start on the following Monday (original meeting was Wednesday).  I was provided a written estimate of all work requested on first meeting and the majority of work was completed on Monday.
The power company finally showed up 2 days later and wanted a cable installed rather than a riser, due to the angle of the riser to the connection site.  Electrician modified the box with a cable on the same day.  Power company came back the next day to restore power.  The outside plug was installed after my siding was replaced (~ 2 weeks later).  The 4 day wait without power was the only hardship I faced and was dependent on the availability of the power company.  I was pleased at the speed and thoroughness of the service from my electrician as this job was long overdue to this 73 yr. old house.  Their yellow pages ad specializing in older home rewiring and upgrades is what lead me to this company first.

The company sent two electricians, Derrick and Eric, to my home. They were on time and got to work right away.  They ran wire and installed two electric outlets. The job took about 3 hours.  Derrick and Eric cleaned up all the messes made by the work. Both were curteous and friendly.  The charge was one hundred an hour and a forty-nine dollar service charge. The final cost was what we expected for a quality job.

They were very quick.  They were available very quickly.  They were knowledgeable and very good overall.  The only downside was that they were a little bit lacking in the clean up area.  Their prices were very reasonable.  Overall we were very satisfied.

They did good work but it was not a bargain. They did the work and I afterwords when I wanted them to come back for an additional job but they never called me back on that. Maybe the job was too small for them. Anyway that was alright. I was happy with the job that they did on the outlets.

The electrician came over a little early because he had other jobs that day. The work was completed in just four hours and the mess was cleaned up as soon as he was done. This sounds standard but we have had electricians before that simply leave without doing any cleaning. The work was done perfectly and I should know because I am a home inspector so I was watching very closely.
