HH GREGG

I have been having issues with the washer and dryer and I have a 5 year service plan but I cannot get them to come out to service the appliances.  They told me that they would fix the issue when I called them and they made an appointment to resolve the issue.  They called back and said they were not going to be able to make the appointment.  I have contacted them multiple times and then finally came out and all they did is take pictures and said they would not be able to fix the issue.

So far, everything has gone wrong with this company and I greatly regret choosing them.  I confirmed the delivery by calling them and was told that they would be here June 12th and would call the night before with the time.  They never called so I stayed home from work waiting for the delivery...which never came.  When I finally got someone at the store, they told me that some of the order wasn't even in stock!  Someone was suppose to call me and update me on the delay but never did.  So the Store Manager promised to reverse the delivery charge and cover our costs for me missing the day from work and having to order out for 4 days because we had disconnected all the appliances.
When the appliances finally did arrive, we had a different range than what we ordered because the only range in stock was damaged.  At least they upgraded but the larger window on the range looks strange in our kitchen.  One thing I will say was that the two delivery men were on time, very professional, very efficient and very respectful.  They were great.
When I called the store to get adjustments on the pricing but they still haven't made the corrections.   I haven't even got the right prices from the original package, never mind the delivery refund ($80) or additional comp. They continually promise to get back to me but then don't.  They were going to have the transactions reviewed by sales audit team but it has been over a week and I haven't heard back.
The final straw was today.  After copying every registration form and the invoices and sending them to both Maytag and HH Gregg, I checked online and they have it listed as invalid and claim that they didn't receive the information for the refrigerator, the range or the sales invoice!  All of which I sent at the same time and sent to both Maytag and HH Gregg! 
Well, HH Gregg got our money....we finally got appliances but they have lost a repeat customer and I have shared this with others who have similar stories.

We were very pleased with their customer service, follow through, pateience with the customer.

I was impressed by the service. When I had problems with the washer during the first couple weeks, they were very responsive to help. They tried to make adjustments and find the problem. When their attempts failed they replaced the washer at no charge to me. I was very pleased. It was covered by warranty.
