Just wanted to share some positive vibes from my recent experience. I must say, I'm extremely satisfied with how efficiently Diego and his team handled our insurance claim. Trust me, they've been phenomenal! They ensured that my insurance company didn't miss out on paying for any damages, even ones that the insurance inspector overlooked. Sounds impressive, right? They did everything from a full roof replacement to tasks as simple as replacing a light fixture. Wow, right? So, if you're in need of a contractor and are looking for someone trustworthy, Diego and Heights Solutions LLC is your way to go.

Diego and his team were phenomenal. During the storms, my living room had a big leak and he immediately came and tarped it until he could fix it a few days later. My chimney was leaking And shingles needed to be replaced. It was an extensive project and he was extremely reasonable, prompt, and they cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend Heights solutions and Diego and his team.

Diego and his crew with Heights Solutions were wonderful to work with. I had a tree branch fall through my roof causing a hole and also damage to my garage ceiling. Diego was always prompt for appointments and was very knowledgeable. I spoke with 3 contractors and he explained things better than anyone else and was reasonably priced. I appreciated how thorough he was and they even cleaned off my entire roof from other small sticks that were laying on it. They were also quick to complete the repairs and did great work. I'll definitely be using Diego and his company for future home repair projects.

I was taken advantage of by two previous “handyman “ services. Make sure you use qualified contractors when having roof repairs. This wasn’t a huge job, but they (Heights Solutions LLC) did the repairs and kept me informed throughout the process. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with the owner Diego from start to finish. He diagnosed my roof after 1 company had installed a new roof after storm Helene. There were a couple of concerns that were quickly addressed. He also installed a new chimney cap roof cover that 4 other companies couldn't do or their prices were exorbitant. His work looks amazing and I am confident in his craftsmanship.

This company earned a A+ for the repairing they did. Hurricane Helene destroyed the roof , and some of the structure of the house and some of the guttering.

Great company to have your work completed by. Diego is great to work with and the nicest person. If it were possible to give higher than 5 stars, I would gladly do it. They replaced our roof and waited for us to get approval from our solar panel company. They promptly came and replaced the roof and now are coming back to do some other work for us.

Heights solutions replaced my roof and it looks great. They also replaced damaged plywood and roof vents. Diego is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. As for customer service I would give him more than 5 stars if l could because do to an illness in my family we communicated as early as 6:30 and as late as 11:30 at night. In other word he was always there when I needed him. Customer service OUTSTANDING
