The sales person was very knowledgeable and patient, I think the key word for that company is patience. They spent a lot of time but they never pressured us. I like their warranties better than best buy. They have a real good warranty plan, like if your TV breaks down they give you the updated current value rather than just what the purchase value was. Their pricing is very competitive. The living room furniture we bought had two electric recliners and three manual recliners in it, and two end tables and a coffee table by Berkline, which is a good company and it was right around two thousand dollars. The only negative thing about that furniture was the quality of the slate end tables. We had to order different end tables. For the sofa, quality is an 'A', and there was a flat screen forty inch TV included that's an 'A'. They have good warranties though. The delivery and set up is an 'A'. I don't know if its how its delivered but the quality of the slate end tables are not holding up on the trucks so that would be a 'D'. That is just for the end tables and coffee tables, they are chipped too much. The delivery people should get credit for checking it before they took it off the truck and they were honest nice Christian men, they took it right back.
