It went well took about 3 weeks from dropping off for diagnosis to repaired and ready to pick up I was given a 3 year warranty as long as I return for a 12 month check up. Seems to be doing well.

Excellent work, completed on time and within estimate.

It took over two weeks for my transmission to be rebuilt. Had to wait several days for the parts to arrive. They continued to work on it until they got it right. They kept finding something but the total price did not continue to increase. They give a 3 year warranty if you come in for the 1 year inspection. They let me know that it would be 10-12 business days on the front end, so although it took over two weeks to get my van back, I knew it going into it. They kept me informed and I'd recommend them.

I have a 1969 Chevelle SS396 that had a transmission leak and a whine after cold starts.  I inquired around various car enthusiasts and a couple of automotive professionals, one who restores old gauges and dash panels and the other a supervisor of mechanics at a repair facility.  Greenville Transmission Clinic was consistently recommended.  Before I called them I had an ignition issue that prevented the car from starting.  When I called Greenville Transmission clinic they indicated that they had people that could help who were familiar with vintage cars.  During the conversation I discussed the modifications that I had made to the ignition system and they seemed to be familiar with the parts that I used and the nature of the modifications.  I got the care back today and I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY PERFORMED ON MY CLASSIC CAR.  The bill was $459.78 to perform diagnostics, repair the ignition and fix the transmission leaks (yes, there was more than one).  The car is now running fine in all respects.  When I picked up the car, I found a professional, knowledgeable and friendly atmosphere.  This was consistent with the phone conversations that I had with the technicians during the diagnostic portion of the effort.  I WOULD, WITHOUT RESERVATION, RECOMMEND GREENVILLE TRANSMISSION CLINIC FOR ANY TRANSMISSION OR OTHER WORK THEY INDICATE THAT THEY CAN PERFORM.

Is the first transmission repair place that offered to fix the transmission rather than replace it, which saved us at least half the cost of replacement. Very honest and excellent work. The owner Tim Jacobs has worked for many years on transmissions. His children have helped with sweeping and other jobs since they were young--he is building a great work ethic in his children.

Our family members have known him for many years and speak very highly of his integrity and extensive knowledge of transmissions. We have had work done by them twice. They have a convenient location just up the road from Cherrydale.
