Overall we were happy with the services provided. Sophie met us in the home, listened to what we needed and reviewed our architect's rendering, and made suggestions based on her expertise. The cabinets are standard cabinets and we are happy with the quality. In some ways they are better than the custom cabinets we ordered for other parts of the house. We opted for some upgrades - soft close cabinets and all wood construction - and are very happy with the results. 
When slight tweaks were needed Sophie made sure they were done timely. Overall, we were pleased with Sophie's responsiveness and attentiveness.

The scheduling went very well.  They coordinated with the general contractor in a professional manner which made overall completion in a timely manner.  The only complaint I have is with an issue on one cabinet door.  The finish on this door did not match the other one aside of it. They were good about replacing that door, which also did not match the other one a second time.  I emailed a picture to them, as they requested, but never got a response.

It was a very good experience. Sophia, the manager of the company, was very helpful and she guided us through our choices and decisions. We were really pleased with the cabinets.
