Great service! They found out the issue and fixed the fireplace within 40 minutes!! It works now. Price is good too! I called several companies, it was the best value service call and the total cost was even lower then the service call of the other company.

They replaced an old vent pipe above the roof that is used for venting of gas log fireplace. Old one was leaking and damaged. The estimated was handled over the phone. Just gave them the brand and model# of the fireplace and they sized the replacement cap and storm collar. I told them to order, paid for the parts and in a week they came out and did the work. Removed old one, installed and caulked the new one, painted it black to match the roof and cleaned up. Only 1 hard rain since then and it appears to not leak like the old one did. Looks great. Very easy people to deal with. I paid them for the labor when the job was complete.

They were the lowest price around, and actually the only ones who called me back after I told them what I wanted. Danny Mauldin, the manager, was very helpful from start to finish. The installers were professional and nice. Due to no fault of Glenco's, the distributor sent the doors without some hardware, but Glenco found the same type of hardware in their own store the same day and came back the next day. One of the doors had a tiny scratch that just looked like a smudge on it, and when we called Danny he said he would do whatever he needed to do to make us happy. We ended up deciding not to ask him to do anything because it was so insignificant. Anyways, great experience overall, great communication, they were very patient with us, punctual and professional.

The installers that came out were really professional and easy to talk to. They asked me if I had any questions about what they were going to do. I thought the iron stove was very affordable and we haven't had to call them back to service the stove. I would recommend them to anyone who used gas logs.
